AIAFF-2007 Vision
AIAFF will create awareness, production and exhibition of new films from India and of Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Diaspora in partnership with artists and other organizations.

First Annual AIAFF will be a five-day delightful journey into independent Indian cinema with select mainstream films, discussions with film makers, parties and a gala. New feature length and short films from India and from the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Diaspora in the Narrative and Documentary categories will be screened at three distinguished locations in Atlanta: Lefont Theatres at Sandy Springs, Emory University and Georgia Tech. AIAFF is likely to attract diverse viewers in theatres and myriad viewers online.

AIAFF will also have an online competition for Indian-American short films. Indo-American Film Society and Kaneva (www.kaneva.com), an online social entertainment network for media and virtual world, have joined forces to bring one of a kind online short film contest. Details of the contest are being released separately.
